Terms of Use
Version 1.0 · in force since 14 September 2026
1. Scope
The Visit Pornassio website and mobile app are a free information service promoting tourism in Pornassio and the Upper Arroscia Valley. Using them means accepting these terms.
2. Accuracy of information
Content is gathered from public and institutional sources and kept up to date with care, but is provided for information only. Opening hours, contact details, prices, trail conditions and event dates may change without notice: always check with the business or organiser before travelling. No liability is accepted for inaccuracies or outdated data.
3. Hiking and mountain safety
The routes described run through mountain terrain and carry risks. GPS tracks and figures for length, ascent and duration are indicative and do not replace official maps, personal experience or an assessment of weather and ground conditions. Anyone setting out on a route does so entirely at their own risk. In an emergency call 112.
4. Business listings
The list of businesses reproduces data published by the Municipality of Pornassio and open sources. Inclusion is not a commercial recommendation, sponsorship or guarantee of quality. Owners may request correction or removal of their data at any time through the contact page.
5. Intellectual property
Original texts are protected by copyright. Photographs from Wikimedia Commons are released under Creative Commons licences and credit their author and licence. Map data belongs to OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Database License. Full details are on the Licences and credits page.
6. External links
The service links to third-party sites whose content we do not control and for which we accept no responsibility.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided without warranty of continuity or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for damage arising from use or inability to use the service. Mandatory consumer rights under Italian law remain unaffected.
8. Reporting content
To report incorrect, outdated or infringing content write to info@riccardigaetano.it; we will check it promptly.
9. Governing law
Italian law applies. Consumers retain the jurisdiction of their place of residence.
