Accessibility Statement

Our commitment
We want Visit Pornassio to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. The service is built against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, referenced by Italian Law 4/2004 and Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility of products and services.
What we have done
- Colour contrast meeting the 4.5:1 minimum for text, checked in both light and dark themes.
- Full keyboard navigation with a always-visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link.
- Semantic structure with ordered headings, ARIA landmarks and alternative text on every informative image.
- Text resizable to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
- In the app: TalkBack and VoiceOver support, respect for the system font size, touch targets of at least 48 points.
- No flashing content and no animation essential to understanding; motion is reduced when the system requests it.
Known limitations
Interactive maps and GPS tracks are not fully usable with a screen reader. Every place and route therefore also has a text page with address, contacts, length, ascent and description, reachable without using the map. Some archive photographs lack an extended description.
